What to expect: Pure Barre is a 50-minute class focused on Strength & Flexibility training with the goal of sculpting and defining each major muscle group, including your arms, thighs, your glutes known as 'seat', and your core. During class, you hold full-body positions, lift weights and move in small ranges of motion to “tone” and increase lean muscle, and in between sets, you'll stretch those muscles to increase flexibility and recovery. We use the barre as a tool to add resistance, improve your balance, and provide leverage to increase strength and definition in your muscles in a unique way!
