Happy Hour with History: Punk: Photos from a Fan's Perspective

Join us at the Hermosa Beach Museum on Thursday March 31st at 6:30 PM for a presentation with author Kevin Salk on his latest publication that features photography of early punk rock bands, taken around the South Bay. The photography captures some of the genre’s most important recording artists, including Black Flag, Circle Jerks, Misfits, Minor Threat and Descendents in a style that has an innocent pure nature, in spite of the intensity of the performances. A true fan’s perspective.

You can pre purchase a copy of Kevin's book in advance with your online ticket that can be picked up at the event. A very limited quantity will be available online, and at the event!
