Office/Sales Assistant

Established screen printing business in Hermosa Beach looking for an experienced office associate to provide assistance for management and sales team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Service existing accounts and help generate new leads with the potential for earning commission on new accounts.
  • Answer phones and write up new orders according to company policies.
  • Complete and Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Order all blank apparel and make sure all incoming garments are accounted for and correct.
  • Assist professionals in office with their administrative needs as it relates to data processing, document filing, scanning and copying.

Qualifications:
  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be reliable, personable, motivated and be a good communicator.
  • Computer skills to include Word and Excel, Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge a plus.
  • Must be proficient on Mac computer.
  • Possess the skills to work directly with the public in a friendly and diplomatic manner.
  • Must be able to problems solve, be able to prioritize and work independently without constant supervision.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20-25 lbs.

Full Time
Hours Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm  Salary range $20.00-$22.00  DOE.
