Description
The Second Annual YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K is a mental health awareness event presented by the non-profit, Giving Purpose Organization, that brings people together in a fun and active way to remind us that we are all worthy, seen, and supported. Our mission is to help individuals feel that they are not alone when they do not feel worthy and that it is ok not always to feel mentally strong. As a society, we need to continue to fight the stigma attached to mental health, and the YOU ARE ENOUGH movement is doing just this! We all just want to be seen for the beautiful and amazing souls that we are and sometimes we need others to help us see this. We will have a DJ, wellness co-sponsors, a raffle, and treats to help us also celebrate Cinco de Mayo! Come join us and be a part of this South Bay movement!
