But With the courage and innovation to create something unique, Riccardo Baracchi produced the first classic method sparkling wines made with native Tuscan grapes, Sangiovese and Trebbiano, along with the unusual blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, the first Syrah Riserva of the DOC Cortona and the newest Sangiovese wine.
