Join Sierra, a Sound Practitioner, and Hanna, a Somatic Therapy Healer, for Waves of Wellness: Somatic Flow and Sound Bath—an immersive self-care experience on the beach. This event will help you connect with your inner wisdom, strengthen your intuition, release stored trauma, and shift your energy to break through internal blocks, empowering you to show up as your best self.
