"Together We Are __________" - A Gen A / Gen Z Youth Art Showcase

Indivisible Arts invites the community to experience Together We Are ____, the First Annual Youth Art Showcase celebrating the creativity, voice, and vision of the next generation. Hosted at Resin in Hermosa Beach, this all-ages event features live performances of original music, artwork, and photography created by Gen A and Gen Z students and volunteers within the Indivisible Arts community. The showcase highlights fresh perspectives and bold ideas through a wide range of artistic expression, offering a glimpse into how today’s young artists see themselves, their world, and one another. More than an exhibition, Together We Are ____ is a reflection of collective identity, creative courage, and the power of community when young people are given the space to express freely. “At Indivisible Arts, we believe that when young people feel seen, supported, and safe to create, something meaningful emerges,” said Rafael McMaster, Executive Director of Indivisible Arts. “This showcase is about honoring their voices and witnessing what becomes possible when creativity and connection come together.” For the young artists involved, the opportunity to share their work publicly is both affirming and transformative. "To be surrounded by so many young artists is so inspiring, and just seeing how talented everyone is motivates me to get better and better as a painter and musician myself. There’s something magical about being around so many artists, musicians, and photographers - it’s like a beehive of creative activity where we all push each other. When I’m at RSN, I’m free to be me - in my fullest expression of living out loud - and I don’t have to worry about being judged. It invites creative freedom.” - Declan Goldstein, South Bay Teen Artist The Gen A / Gen Z Youth Art Showcase represents the heart of Indivisible Arts’ mission: cultivating creativity, consciousness, and connection through the arts. By centering youth-led work, the event underscores the importance of providing spaces where emerging artists can explore identity, collaboration, and self-expression without pressure or expectation. Together We Are ____ is free and open to the public. Families, friends, and community members are encouraged to attend, support young artists, and experience the energy of a new generation shaping culture from the inside out.
