An empowerment is a blissful guided meditation where we receive special blessings of an enlightened being. Within our minds is an extraordinary potential for limitless joy, love, compassion, and wisdom. Through receiving the profound blessings of Buddha Shakyamuni we can awaken this potential and develop the inner strength needed to stay peaceful, positive and confident in all circumstances.
