Unplug and unwind in this 2-Day meditation retreat in beautiful Hermosa Beach. Kadam Gerry Donovan will share teachings from Summer Festival. By holding these teachings in our heart we can maintain a peaceful, happy mind, our good qualities will improve, we will show a good example in this troubled world, and we will quickly attain great enlightenment.
Includes teachings, guided meditation, and time for Q&A. Suitable for all levels. Walks to the beach, reading and contemplating Advice from Atisha's Heart are encouraged during the meditation breaks. Library copies available.
