Soroptimist International of Manhattan Beach presents LUNAFEST Saturday, May 1 through Monday, May 3. Lights! Camera! Advocacy! Become a champion of change at this year’s LUNAFEST and watch the premiere of seven new films made by women, about women. 100% of proceeds from your ticket will benefit Soroptimist programs for women and girls. The screening starts on May 1 at 9:00 a.m. for a 48 hour viewing window at home, at your convenience. The festival spotlights the work of a diverse array of talented women filmmakers with intelligent, funny, and thought-provoking themes. LUNAFEST connects women, their stories and their causes through film and offers an opportunity to see short films which you may otherwise never have access to. This year, a snack bag will be offered to all ticket holders, with popcorn and treats! You must purchase your ticket no later than April 20 to participate, and only those who opt-in will receive the bags.
