City staff and consultants will provide information and answer questions at the first of a series of civic forums as part of a Community Dialogue about important projects relating to the future of the City, such as the General Plan Update, a strategic economic development plan for the civic center and downtown area, and the oil production project proposed by E&B Natural Resources Management Corp.

The Community Dialogue process will also help the community articulate its ideas about community values and create a tool for evaluating trade-offs when making important decisions about the future of the community.
