Description
The Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce will host a New Year’s Eve Celebration at Pier Plaza in Hermosa Beach on Monday, December 31st beginning at 7:30 PM.
Lou Giovannetti and His Big Band will be the featured performers. Inspired by Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennett among others, Lou and his orchestra will sing the iconic standards of the American big-band. More information about Lou can be found on his website at: www.LouSings.com
The festivities will also include a countdown to the New Year with a live East Coast ball drop from Times Square New York on a 9x12 foot video screen at 9 pm Pacific as well as a video replay of the ball drop at Midnight Pacific Time.
Admission is free and the event is open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to come early and take advantage of the many restaurants and bars that Hermosa Beach has to offer.
