12:00-12:45: Jenna will open us with an energy lifting breathwork session.

Jenna is a Breathwork Meditation Coach and Healer supporting people in living more intentional lives through Breathwork, Meditation & Intuitive Coaching. With an individualistic and holistic approach, Jenna helps clients break free from habitual ways of being, guiding them into higher states of consciousness connecting with their authentic selves. She is a Certified Breathwork Meditation Instructor, Reiki Master, and has been a student of master teachers in Buddhist lineages for Meditation with extensive study in Spiritual Psychology. She is also a human development writer, working on her own book, and is the founder of Expanded Wild Hearts, an intensive healing experience.

While Jenna guides us, Erica & Lynette will open the space with a south bath.

Lead by Erica Medina is a certified sound healer. Her dedication to heal herself brought her to discover the world of sound and vibration. As she began to study and experience the effects sound vibration had in her personal life she became more excited to reach others to share the experience. Erica works with an energy medicine shaman and together they hold space for people around the LA area hosting multiple events for the community and private events for clients.

She is an enthusiastic student of continuous learning and personal growth and it's committed to offer an amazing experience in the process of this journey. 

& Lynette Toma, owner of Pure Sound Bath in Redondo Beach will be facilitating a sacred sound bath to connect back to your true authentic self.

Each one of us is a healer, with the power to transform and nurture our own well-being. However, this healing can only occur if we allow ourselves to tap into this incredible potential.

3:30-4:15 Womb Healing: In this workshop we will explore our womb space which holds our sacred energy from which we co-create our reality. We will discuss what it means to be in your unique frequency and how to get there. And will also be using the power of prayer.

Lead by Isabelle Gold - alchemist, seer of the soul, mother, medicine woman, psychic and mentor. The transformational tools Isabelle works with include hypnosis, quantum healing, meditation, channeling, and plant and frequency medicine.

She is here to help humans realize their highest potential and turn their shadows into GOLD.

She helps clients work through trauma, release limiting beliefs, get back into their bodies, awaken the healer within, awaken their sexual energy. She assist clients in finding their light, their gifts and their center in order to remember who they are, INFINITE ABUNDANT beings.

Jess Ming: Jess is a local South Bay Reiki Practitioner and will be offering Reiki and Chakra Balancing. Her treatments create a state of deep relaxation and activates the parasympathetic nervous system. Stimulates natural self healing, releases stress and tension, promotes peacefulness, releases negative, blocked and stagnant energy and emotions and balances chakras and energies in the body.

Susy: Susy grew up in LA and started her spiritual healing when she was diagnosed with CRPS at the age of 34. Through this very difficult journey she gained the gift of healing her mind and found peace. Defying all odds she completed her first half Ironman in June of 2023.
