Communitywide Garage Sale

Description

As part of the suite of Earth Month events, the City is hosting its annual Communitywide Garage Sale the morning of May 4. This event encourages residents to reduce waste by repurposing their household items and allow others to give them new homes. It also encourages residents to clear out their garages with the potential of creating space for a vehicle, and thus reducing the demand for street parking. For this one day only, the City will waive garage sale permit fees. Additionally, the City has developed a map on the City website to promote all registered garage sales for that day.
