Beach Cities Health District is offering a Summer Free Fitness Series throughout the South Bay. Mindful Yoga on the Beach will be offered on Mondays, August 15, 22, 29 at 6:30 p.m. in front of Scotty’s Restaurant in the sand in partnership with the City of Hermosa Beach.
