DESCRIPTION:Miss California Volunteer is a state wide\, service oriented scholarship program seeking to empower young women through education and opportunity.  By providing a platform for tomorrow's leaders to express their opinions\, talents\, character and intelligence\, our organization seeks to aid in personal development\, better the community and state at large\, and display the importance of service before self. The organization moved from the Central Valley to Hermosa Beach in mid 2023 and is excited to be back as a Member of the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce Non-Profit for another year.
