On Sunday, December 21st, at 6:00 pm, Radici invites you to an evening inspired by Italy's beloved Feast of the Seven Fishes, reimagined as a refined seven-course seafood and wine pairing dinner.
Traditionally, Italian families gather on Christmas Eve for La Vigilia, a celebratory, seafood-focused feast. For one night only, our team is bringing that spirit to Hermosa Beach with a modern tasting menu that pairs the freshness of the sea with some of Italy's most expressive wines.
Throughout the evening, our team will guide you through each pairing, contrasting styles such as the crisp Franciacorta vs structured whites, and elegant northern reds vs volcanic Etna selections. This is a tasting that feels both classic and distinctly Radici, while celebrating the season, Italian-style.
