Raffle Terms and Conditions
By making a donation and participating in this raffle, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and
conditions:
1. All raffle ticket purchases support South Bay Music Connection and may be tax deductible.
Tickets are non-refundable and prize is not convertible to cash.
Winner will be selected on [insert date] and notified via the email or phone number provided by donor.
4. Ticket Purchase: Each $20 donation to South Bay Music Connection ("SBMC") entitles donor to a single raffle ticket. Raffle ticket donations are non-refundable. The purchase of raffle tickets does not guarantee the winning of any prize.
5. Prize: The raffle prize is 2 tickets to the Foo Fighters concert on August 11th, 2024 at BMO stadium. The tickets will be transferred to winner electronically after acceptance.
Drawing and Notification: The raffle drawing will be conducted at our "Turn It Up" fundraising event on June 8th, 3:00-6:00 at Rock & Brews, 6300 S. Pacific Coast Hwy. Redondo Beach, CA. 90277. Winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase. If winner cannot be reached within 14 days, an alternate winner will be selected.
Prize Acceptance: Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prizes) won. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other items.
8. SBMC is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations made to SBMC may be tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. However, please consult with your tax advisor for specific guidance

10. Publicity: By participating in the raffle, winners grant SBMC the right to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.
11. Limitation of Liability: SBMC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the raffle or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
