Smackfest Volleyball Classes

Description

Whether you haven't touched a ball since middle school or just need to brush up on fundamentals, this class is for you! First, we'll get you used to running and jumping in the sand, so be ready for a little cardio. Then we'll focus most of the sessions on ball control- passing, serving, and setting, so when your done with the class you're able to play in a game of 4's. BONUS-you're sure to make a lot of new friends.
