In this class, we will provide an overview of the specific tools used for primary and secondary research. We will review examples of the various methodologies used in the field and available for small business owners. In addition, we will spend time having each participant review their SWOT and Porter 5 Forces competitive analysis. If time is available, the instructor will share research studies recently completed on behalf of her private clients.
