We’ll explore how this essential daily practice purifies obstacles, gathers realizations, and nourishes a stable, joyful Dharma life. We’ll look at practical ways to bring the meaning of the sadhana into our heart to enhance our daily practice and keep our spiritual path vibrant and protected.
