Description
Whether you are an adolescent or young child, most students are experiencing some kind of anxiety during this pandemic. Distance learning, no group activities, and isolation from friends, are causing trauma, grief, and heightened anxiety in our youth. Our guest speakers will help parents recognize the signs of anxiety and depression and share strategies on how to provide support and care.
