The summer season of maintenance helped us get ahead of the invasives\, and the native plants have shown signs of growth\, resilience\, and beauty throughout the hotter months. \n\nWe've seen an increase of pollinators visiting the restoration areas throughout\, like the Monarch\, the Acmon Blue\, and the Marine Blue butterflies! We'll continue this work\, beatifying through the Fall\, and preparing each area for the coming planting season\, in November! \n\nCommunity members are invited to join in on the work effort by signing up for slots on work day opportunities. Each work day consists of an introduction to native plants\, invasive plants\, pollinators\, and instruction on the proper use of tools and processes we follow to establish habitat! \n\n\n \n Please bring: sturdy shoes\, clothes to get dirty in\, sunscreen\, snacks and water.\n \n \n Tools and gloves provided.\n \n \n Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. \n \n\n\nPlease review the available slots and sign up HERE\, and don't forget to sign the waiver!\n\nVolunteer Orientation Video HERE\n\nWe're grateful to all of the community members who volunteer with us on the trail.
